Upper Michigan- Lights & Falls

In August 2008 we took a road trip with our son Mike and daughter-in-law Cinnamon to Michigan's UP. Our goal was to explore the Lake Michigan shoreline, especially the Pictured Rocks National Seashore. What a beautiful area! I was happy to add several lighthouses to my "collection".

    Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum, which has many shipwreck artifacts, including artifacts from shipwrecks in the Whitefish Point Underwater Preserve and the SS Edmund Fitzgerald's bell which was recovered from the wreck in 1995.
